Dear Mr. Finley,
For the past few months I have been undergoing chemo and radiation therapy for throat cancer. Administratively speaking, it has been a nightmare. I’ve found myself in a debilitated physical condition with a 45 lb. weight loss. I also developed severe neck and throat burn, along with blistering. My doctor had me purchase Aquaphor ointment for the burn. This product is so thick that my skin would crack upon application. It was also very difficult to wash off in order to get treatment. He then had me use hydrocortisone, which relieved itching for a short time, but did little else.
In viewing my blistered and sagging skin, I assumed I would be disfigured for life – not a good feeling. The doctor, seeing my condition and hearing my complaint, gave me some samples of Rad-X. After a few applications, I began to experience relief. I was amazed at how quickly your product worked. In about a week and a half the blisters healed and peeled away. The red-hot skin cooled and healed. My skin regained its elasticity, and was mostly restored to its original condition. Having used up my small sample supply, I went to my pharmacy, but could not find Rad-X. I contacted two pharmacy supply stores with the same result. We then ordered your complete skin care package through your internet site. Even though I am nearing the end of my radiation treatment, I believe Rad-X will work well on other types of burns other than just radiation.
I am writing to thank you and yours for your amazing product. To me, it was God-sent. It was one of the few things in my treatment that worked really well. God bless you, Mr. Finley.
Sincerely yours,
C. Delgado

"Your [Radx] product comes out with flying color. It is far superior to any product I knew so far. All my patients love it. Actually, I am running out of it. If I were you, I would focus on this product instead of the barrier cream for the simple reason that Biafine does not work once the skin breaks down. That is the reason your product has the edge because in the past, I have to stop the treatment for one to 2 weeks.
"With your product, the patient still has the skin reaction but the patient can tolerate it so I do not have to stop the treatment. I suspect the lidocaine make the difference but I may be wrong. Believe me, people will be willing to pay the price because it burns like hell.
Thank you for providing our patients with a good product."

As you may be aware I visited the Sentara Virginia Beach Radiation Oncology Center with a considerable radiation burn. One of the medications given to me by one of your associates was 3 small samples of RADX. I found it, in very small quantities, to be very effective. I don't know if I will be getting any more radiation treatments however If I do, I would hope that Mr Finley's remarks concerning the use of RADX prior to radiation to help prevent radiation burns might be considered.
"It goes without saying, that your decision would be the controling
factor."

"I discovered I had a reoccurrence of breast cancer after 23 years. After my surgery I had to undergo 6 weeks of radiation. At the hospital they gave me a "cream" to use which was very sticky and had an unpleasant odor. I was told to wear old clothes that I could throw away as the product would stain.
"As I was relating this to my daughter, she mentioned that a friend of hers was now working for a company that sold radiation products. She offered to sent me some to try. I got the Radx products and found them wonderful. I first used the light cream and it was just like using an odor free hand lotion. It wasn't sticky and best of all non staining. It rubbed immediately into my skin with no greasy trace. As my treatments proceeded, I then used the stronger radiation product and experienced the same qualities. My nurses kept commenting what great condition my skin was in.
"My radiation is completed and I am still using the product. Using Radx really helped me through this ordeal."

"I've run out of the above and cannot remember where I purchased it in Geraldton, Western Australia. Please can you help.
"It's a FANTASTIC product."

"Hi Lisha. I am in the city for a day between groups at the surf camp on the island. I got your message. Thanks for sending the sunscreen. I live by it and will contine to order it from you wherever I am in the world. It is the only sunscreen I can trust surfing six hours a day near the equator. I tell lots of people about it. Steve, the owner of the camp will bring it down to me.
"I look forward to trying the other products. We do have the occasional jelly fish sting. One young lady had a bad sting the other day. And of course, since we are in the jungle, we have lots of bugs, so I will definitely be able to try the repellent.
"Thanks for your excellent service and products. "

"Hello, my name is Renata Pilat, MD and I want to compliment you on the radiation therapy moisturizing creme. I tried a sample on one of my patients recently and the healing of the irradiated skin was miraculous. Thank you."

"It started with a phone call:
My sister called me asking if I had found anything about radiation burns in my search on breast cancer for my daughter. My daughter did not have radiation but I started searching the internet immediately.
"I called your company and received your voicemail but I hung up and continued reading your webpage on RADX. I read the story of the founder's brother who had terrible radiation burns and was healed. While I was reading RADX's webpage, my phone rang and caller ID showed that it was your number. I spoke to Lisha and as I told her of my sister's mother-in-law, Anita. I became very reassured both from the web page story and her knowledge of RADX and the faith she had in it.
"I asked if I could have it sent next day air. Lisha was extremely helpful, I could not believe everything was happening like clockwork. I raced home the next day and picked up the package and drove 25 miles to my sister's home. Anita lives in a little cottage behind my sister's home.
"I told everyone about our interesting conversation. Anita showed me her burns and I had never seen radiation burns before. It is very shocking!! Her skin was deep purple on her underarm and under her left breast almost black in color. I could only imagine what pain she was in. She showed me a bottle of lotion the oncologist gave here which had aloe in it but she stated that it offered absolutely no relief from the pain whatsoever. The doctors were of no help either. They just accept radiation burn as part of the treatment and deal with it.
"Saturday morning, I phoned my sister and here is her account:
Dear Carol:
I wanted to thank you for your miracle product RADX !
Anita, (mother-in-law) used the RADX on Friday night. Saturday morning I went over to see her and when I walked in the door, she grabbed me and emphatically landed a big kiss on my cheek nearly toppling me over!
She said "THANK YOU!", "THANK YOU!" in her broken English. She was in tears, but tears of joy as she explained Friday night that she first used RadX, it was the first night in weeks that she was able to sleep through the night without pain . Saturday morning she applied some more.
Anita, 74 years old, is a radiation patient as follow-up for lumpectomy for first stage breast cancer and had 6 weeks of it scheduled, we found this MIRACLE product late in the process, after four weeks of pain.
Anita explained that before the relief of the ointment, she could not even touch her skin and that it was very painful and blistered . The weight of her nightgown was painful . Her closest description she could relate to me in English was that her skin was like fish scales, rough and painful to the touch with small water blisters. Just one night of the lotion was a tremendous improvement!
Anita's quality of life suffered, she was very down and in too much discomfort to do the simple tasks of cooking and light cleaning of which she loves to do. What a difference a little RADX can make! I hope more patients can be spared the suffering that Anita went through, it brings tears to my eyes to think that the other patients at the hospital where she gets treatment, are using the same useless lotion that the hospital handed out for "free". This product that the hospital purchases did nothing but create tears of pain for Anita everytime she used it.
Today (2-21) was the last day of radiation treatment and I brought the empty RadX tube with us. We told them how wonderful it was and if they could please spare anyone else the same pain and discomfort that they should look into it. Anita was so grateful for her relief that she wanted to give away her second tube for free to any other patient just to help them! I did not let that tube out of our sight, but gave the nurse the empty one for reference! Anita still needs it for the side effects of this last treatment.
Thanks so very much,
Your sister Darlene
"PS: The doctor looked at the ingredients and said they were similar to their product except for the pain relievers, but I don't think they even wanted to believe the benefits of it.
"But as I said before, the hospitals' product did nothing, it did not even relieve the discomfort of her water blisters.
"From Carol:
PPS. Lisha I did go to see Anita Saturday evening (after only 2 treatments of RADX) and she said, Thank you Carol, a product that does what is says it will do. I was so happy to have helped in. I never thought it would work that fast. I thank you and your husband for developing this wonderful cream. God Bless you all for the great work you are doing!!!"

I was diagnosed with an invasive breast cancer October 2006. After meeting with many doctors, and doing much research we put together a wonderful ‘team’ of doctors here, Gainesville, FL. I have chosen an aggressive approach because of my risk of recurrence. I decided to have a bilateral mastectomy, Nov. 17, 2006, a sentinel node biopsy and removal of 8 lymph nodes, 4 having cancer. My surgeon and plastic surgeon worked together as I started reconstruction at the same time.
I underwent 6 chemotherapy treatments, starting Dec. 20, 2006 with the last one April 2, 2007. I had visited with my radiation oncologist before my treatments to get her views on my course of treatment. I underwent 33 radiation treatments starting in May, ending July 6. I did all of this while teaching 2nd grade. I used this as a lesson for my students about acceptance and looking beyond appearance to the heart and soul of a person. I did not wear a wig or scarf. I am the same person. I did not always feel well, or look well which was difficult, but I worked and greeted people with a smile!
I feel and have been told that I have done really well, and how much attitude has to do with it. I am, above all positive. My words were, first I want to live, secondly make me look as good as you can!
During my radiation treatment the first half was no problem; I did moisturize to help the skin before anything could happen. As treatment went on I developed a severe burn on my collarbone area that opened up to approximately a 4 x 6 open wound. I was given 3 other prescription creams, showing allergic reaction to one, and also using other moisturizers, and soaks. After a weekend of this burn not getting better I wanted my radiation oncologist to see me before my treatment on that Monday. We decided to lay off treatment and check back Thursday of that week. I had only 3 more treatment to that specific area. This gave me 5 days off treatment. This burn was very painful, and I was not getting relief at all. This is when she went in to get the RadX sample. That is all it took! I wish I had the RadX from the beginning.
I have ordered 2 of you combo packs and need to order more. It saved me and my skin. I get compliments from ALL the doctors about the condition of my skin. With the tender skin from the surgery being much thinner I still did not have open burns. My plastic surgeon is very pleased as well. I still have more surgery in late November to remove the tissue expanders and put in the implants. The radiation effects are a concern, the muscle and everything underneath the skin. I would like to continue the RadX treatment and see what effects it will have on the continuation of the healing skin in all areas and the scar from the radiation burn.
When I ordered the pack I did tell the lady in Texas how pleased I was. I also found that there was no where to find the product here. Since then I have connected my radiation oncologist’s office with your company, name & phone, so we could get something here. I was told Walgreens has it, and it is double the price. The Walgreens on SW 75th (pharmacist) did not have it and did not know anything about it.
I will order more by telephone, but I did want to say if you ever go to outside sales here I would love to do it. I believe in your product and have been through it. I told my radiation oncologists office that I would be willing to stock it (at a more fair price than Walgreens) just because I believe in the product! I have a great relationship with my surgeon, breast oncologist, plastic surgeon and radiation oncologist. I will see all of them for the rest of my life. That’s the deal! I have been an elementary teacher for over 20 years and taught in Oklahoma, (home state, yes, OU grad!), worked in schools in Colorado and taught here in FL in the 90’s and just moved back last August. I could not ever sell something I did not believe in. I have other experience with sales and have been told that was a natural calling. I don’t know about that, except that if I believe in it that is what it takes.
My goal here was to let you know what a great product I believe you have. We had another teacher at our school diagnosed with breast cancer just 3 weeks ago and has to undergo chemo and radiation. I have been an ear for her and I will tell her! I actually had one lady follow me out of the radiation oncologist’s office and ask to talk to me. She said I seemed to be doing so well and wanted to know how I was dealing with the side effects of the radiation. This is just me. I have done all I can do, you have to live and be happy you are here. I am very, very lucky!
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. Again, I love your product and I thank you for having it there, and having it there at a reasonable price; VERY important after what all treatments cost. I do wish I could buy bigger tubes of it! That would be great!
Sincerely,
J. Newville
